About Course

This class focuses on the different elements of cognition and the ability to mitigate the associated task saturation that can prevent optimal performance in emergent situations.

Cognitive load is typically thought of from a student’s perspective and the optimal amount of material to be covered to produce the maximal effect of studying and learning.  We combine that concept with human performance to provide our students with meaningful tools and strategies to mitigate the mental impacts of a high-stress situation.

This is a virtual live course on June 30th at 6:00 pm MST!
