Anyone Not Ready (ANR) employs a hands-on approach to learning. Gaining the expertise and confidence to solve challenging scenarios under stress comes from building those skills through firsthand experience. ANR focuses on a novel approach, blending our four core educational units of leadership, medical, rescue, and tactical, to provide the training for complex problem-solving and crisis event planning and response.

Founded on the idea that training should be multidisciplinary rather than the too often employed single-discipline focus, the diverse backgrounds of our founders are used to create specialized courses designed for holistic training that addresses needs across multiple disciplines.
